Working closely with the Project Managers, you will also be charged with overseeing the procurement process, ensuring scope accuracy for all subcontract packages, as well as maintaining good relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our client, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects and you will tasked with coordinating with the internal cost planning team and external resources during project budget preparation stage, overseeing cost management processes and overseeing the presentation of a commercial pack to Senior Management Team monthly.
Our client is looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors from a PQS or Main Contractor/Subcontractor background and will support people returning with a relocation allowance as well as one of the best packages in the Irish market.
