Load tape roll into machine and check quality
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Ensure mold temperature is correctly set before splicing

Maintain a safe and clean work area before starting tasks
Verify rubber strips for straight cuts and clean ends
Inspect gaskets for defects (cracks, lumps, pinholes)
Inject silicone and check for leaks
Operate mold and monitor curing process
