  • Manage compliance and drafting documentation to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee the design and preparation of new product designs
  • Manage existing library of master designs & ensure continual optimisation
  • Assist with delivery of tenders to ensure project conversion
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Teams & external stakeholders to obtain deign briefs for product innovation
  • Oversee and manage continued innovation of the existing design library

  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, residential construction techniques, Australian Standards and authority requirements.
  • Qualification in Architecture or Building Design.
  • Proficient in the use of REVIT application to design, alter and update Residential (Class 1) designs
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills, structured and analytical thinker
  • Ability to Work as part of a broader team
  • Proven experience reviewing, updating and designing residential homes with modern innovations
  • High level of experience in with Residential (Class 1) designs
  • Strong relationship building skills with Internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of construction, product and regulation/compliance matters
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions and organisational skills to prioritise work
