- Manage compliance and drafting documentation to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee the design and preparation of new product designs
- Manage existing library of master designs & ensure continual optimisation
- Assist with delivery of tenders to ensure project conversion
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Teams & external stakeholders to obtain deign briefs for product innovation
- Oversee and manage continued innovation of the existing design library

- Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, residential construction techniques, Australian Standards and authority requirements.
- Qualification in Architecture or Building Design.
- Proficient in the use of REVIT application to design, alter and update Residential (Class 1) designs
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, structured and analytical thinker
- Ability to Work as part of a broader team
- Proven experience reviewing, updating and designing residential homes with modern innovations
- High level of experience in with Residential (Class 1) designs
- Strong relationship building skills with Internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of construction, product and regulation/compliance matters
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to make evidence-based decisions and organisational skills to prioritise work
