Develops small to large design projects from inception to completion.
Participates in industry conferences/associations at the local, state, and/or national level via committee memberships, presentations, and/or leadership roles.
Coordinates execution of projects with other disciplines.
Develops project scope, budgets, and delivery schedules for each assignment, and is responsible for ensuring tasks/projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Supervises and supports the work of others and mentors junior level engineer & design/drafting technical staff.
Works with other senior staff to manage clients in the region.
Creates and manages cost estimates and project schedules.
Maintains Arcadis’ standards and specifications for municipal water/wastewater design & construction projects.
Participates in marketing and business development activities for the water/wastewater market in the region. This includes the development of proposals.
Prepares construction packages (including all deliverables) for the engineering, procurement, and construction of water wastewater systems for clients.

Performs detailed engineering calculations & analysis and utilizes design software to solve complex issues. CADD software knowledge is a plus, but CADD drafting is not required as part of this position.
Experience in water/wastewater plant/facility design and construction administration/oversight projects.
Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or an MBA
Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills.
Client relationship skills: including preparation and development of proposals and client management experience with a successful record of accomplishment, delivering a variety of engineering projects that meet or exceed the expectations of the client.
Staff development and supervision skills; including mentoring junior-level staff.
