Manage day-to-day construction engineering activities.
Implement Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality controls.
Collaborate with the CEM, Project Manager, Design Manager, and CREs for alignment.
Provide construction technical support to the CEM, Project Manager and site teams.
Report safety, environmental, and compliance incidents.
Liaise with the Project Planner and construction affiliates for project plans.
Provide progress updates and reports to the Planning Engineer.
Review and respond to Technical Queries and participate in reviews.
Work closely with the Project Commercial team for accurate cost estimates.
Review designs.
Control work packages and ensure cost and milestone adherence.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to manage and direct site staff.
Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant work experience.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ethical Conduct and Continuous Learning mindset.
Experience and demonstratable competence of undertaking a TWC role
Time Management, Adaptability, and Resilience under pressure.
Track Competence.
IEng / CEng or working towards professional registration with the ICE or other relevant engineering body.
Knowledge of railway infrastructure work.
Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, and Communication skills.
Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations.
Background in rail Contracting, construction or Civil Engineering.
