Learn how to use data to provide compelling evidence for what is happening in the world
Permanent role based in Melbourne or Sydney
An ability to interrogate, understand and gain meaning from complex data sets
Background in commercial property, economics, econometrics, property economics, statistics or finance
Attention to detail and an ability to problem solve complex questions
Experience with SQL, as well as languages such as R, python or Stata for data analysis beneficial but not necessary
Strategic thinking combined with an ability to plan and prioritise work to hit deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
