Oversee third-party mailroom operations and vendor relationships (e.g., Aramark for food and beverage services)

Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel issues; resolve expense report discrepancies with urgency and accuracy
Serve as the primary contact for CONCUR; onboard and support employees with travel needs
Lead the North America travel policy and program; ensure compliance through partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Executive Leadership
