- Agir comme PEC (Personne en charge) en rotation et au besoin : prendre le POV, assurer la liaison avec le PCC et veiller à la santé sécurité du chantier et ferroviaire .
- Interagir avec le public en cas d’incident;
- Travailler avec l'équipe d’exploitation en cas d'urgence afin de maintenir le fonctionnement de la ligne;
- Lire les plans, dessins, manuels et procédures d’entretien;
- Signaler les incidents et les accidents;
- Communiquer par radio avec le centre de contrôle pour obtenir des permis d’occupation de la voie en suivant une procédure de communication et mettre en place les protections physiques sur la voie;
- Consigner toutes les activités (bons de travail / inspections) dans un système informatisé de gestion de la maintenance (GMAO);

- Expérience en utilisation de véhicule nacelle;
- Être habile avec des outils manuels et des équipements motorisés;
- Permis de conduire valide au Québec (Classe 5) - Obligatoire;
- Expérience avec l’opération de véhicule lourd – Atout;
- Possibilité de travail en mode hybride (selon les postes);
- DEP en Montage de lignes électriques et de télécommunication;
- Expérience avec la conduite de véhicules de type rail-route – Atout;
- Expérience en milieu caténaire – Atout;
- Bonne communication parlée et écrite en français;
- En cas d'accident ou de défaillance majeure, participer aux opérations de sauvetage / correction;
- Lever et transporter des pièces et outils de poids importants;
- Facilité à partager des compétences / informations avec des collègues;
- Effectuer des inspections, des entretiens réguliers et des réparations sur les installations de la ligne aérienne de contact;
- Effectuer la surveillance des bons de travail entrants et allouer des ordres de service dans le système GMAO;
- Capable de produire de façon cohérente des informations factuelles et détaillées.
