Liaising with internal business service teams on various matters
Formatting documents in line with the firm style guide including updating cross referencing and converting from other styles
Arranging registration and stamping of physical and electronic documents with local land titles offices
Performing property and other searches through third party providers (eg InfoTrack, GlobalX)
Managing incoming and outgoing physical mail through our Digital Mail Room
Maintaining complete electronic files in document management system (iManage), including maintaining document version control
Preparing and compiling large transactional documents into pdf with multiple annexures
Perform administrative services including drafting, editing and proof-reading letters, agreements and other transactional documents
Liaising with clients by phone and email for all administrative related queries
Managing client and matter data within the practice management system

Successful applicants will bring at least 3 years administrative support experience gained in a law firm
An ability to influence and manage conflict with a diplomatic and consultative approach
A working knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential and an exposure to practice and document management systems is desired but not essential
Real estate, projects, commercial or construction exposure is highly desired
