- Conduct risk assessments and enforce site safety standards in conjunction with Health and Safety Team.
- Develop and implement site Logistics Plan.
- Coordinate the flow of materials and deliveries to avoid site congestion and delays.
- Manage traffic and pedestrian routes to ensure safe and efficient movement on and around the site.
- Track performance against KPIs (e.g., delivery timeliness, waste reduction, resource utilization.
- Ensure logistics operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Establish and maintain delivery schedules in collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and site managers.
- Management of Site Delivery System.
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the key point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for logistics-related issues.
- Oversee site setup and logistics infrastructure, including hoarding, access gates, Security,signage, and welfare facilities.
- In Conjunction with Commercial Team - monitor and control logistics budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Run Daily DABS / White Board Meetings with Client and Sub Contractors.
- Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for deliveries and site access.
