Mesurer l’impact des formations mises en œuvre dans le but d’améliorer continuellement leur contenu et renforcer les acquis;
Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en développement organisationnel, en éducation ou dans un domaine connexe;
Agir comme expert(e) en formation et développement au sein de l’équipe, en intégrant les meilleures pratiques.
Connaissances avancées en technologie éducative tel que Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond ou tout autre outil de création et d’édition de contenu;
Expérience démontrée en gestion de projet de formation;
Utiliser son expertise pour recommander des approches innovantes et efficientes;
Une bonne connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office tels que PowerPoint, Stream, etc.
Bilinguisme requis (langue anglaise et française) tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
