Manager-Railway Projects

Description

• Co- ordination, monitoring of day-to-day project execution of projects.
• Ensure mobilization of resources through contractor.
• Ensure procurements of Materials as per technical specifications Standards of Indian Railway.
• Formulate standard reports to monitor the performance of contractor viz Daily progress Report, Weekly progress Report, and monthly progress Report.
• Analyze the report data and highlights the gaps timely to the team to ensure timely preventive/corrective measures.
• Ensure all changes to specifications/work scope/drawings are documented.
• Conduct meetings with project stake holders viz. Consultants /Contractors for Project activity planning in order to execute the works as per schedule.
• Process Project invoices of all components through PR /SES.
• Prepare project drawings through third-party/consultants.
• Own the procurement process and support various Commercial team to formulate the strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor due diligence and management,
• Prepare BOQ/Proposal/Budget Estimates based on users need.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and management.
• Co-ordination with Design and Project Management consultants.

Requirements

• Conversant with Indian Railway Standard and Specifications.
• Proficient in AUTO CAD Knowledge for study of Railway drawings.
• exposure in study techniques of railway Alignment in Indian Railways and DFCC Standards.
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience Railway Projects.
• Proficient in Google earth for study of Railway alignments.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
• Education, capability and experience in project management, process.
