Interact with architects and owners to resolve job issues.

3+ years of experience in ground-up construction for high-end resort projects.
A demonstrated knowledge of construction processes.
Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in commercial construction.
Has strong problem-solving skills, showing the ability to deal with a variety of variables given general construction, moderate structure and direction, and interprets a variety of complex instructions.
Multi-family high rise experience is a plus.
The ability to process information quickly and follow through with a course of action.
Has experience using programs such as BIM360 or similar and ability to learn new technological programs.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Two to three year’s prior field experience in commercial construction preferred.
Knowledge of subcontractors’ scopes of work and quality requirements.
Craft skills in concrete, or other building trades or equipment operation preferred.
