Support s the execution of HR programs, policies and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Contribute s to both scheduled and ad hoc audits, as well as data validation initiatives, to ensure accuracy, and compliance.

Participate s in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline HR operations.
Monitor s and enhance s internal HR processes by gathering feedback and aligning w ith evolving organizational needs.

Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to team goals and organizational success.
Provide s responsive and professional support to employees and managers across a range of HR-related inquiries.
Maintain s and update s employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Assist s in the coordination and communication of HR processes.
Generate s regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and strategy alignment for the HR department.
Ensure s compliance with applicable labor laws , regulations and internal policies .

Familiarity and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS– preferably iCIMS ) and HRIS systems (preferably UKG).
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.
