- Technology – Interns are provided with the technology needed not only to perform their job at R. C. Stevens but to establish technical skills and familiarity with industry-specific technology.
- Mentoring – R. C. Stevens’ mentoring program allows interns to have direct access to years of construction experience through their mentors, experts in the construction industry. As a result of the mentoring process, interns will expand their experience and have the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a variety of projects.
- Training – Interns receive boundless training opportunities; those of which are initiated with a new-hire orientation at Cianbro’s corporate office, OSHA 10 Hour training, and a Construction Boot Camp training program.
- Health & Safety – R. C. Stevens’ number one priority is the health and safety of its team members. R. C. Stevens is dedicated to the belief that every team member should go home in better condition than in which they arrived. Through the internship, interns will get an inside look at both R. C. Stevens and Cianbro’s industry-leading safety programs and will benefit from being part of a company focused on safety, health, and wellness.
