- Define and monitor KPIs and Service Levels for drainage and wastewater systems, ensuring compliance with local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADSSC, TAQA).
- Attend stakeholder meetings to provide technical updates and resolve queries.
- Conduct root cause analysis for pollution incidents and flooding and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop unified hydraulic models and conduct telemetry verification to optimize network performance.
- Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), QA checklists, and delivery program tools to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Oversee project execution from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Apply multi-objective optimization techniques to balance CAPEX, OPEX, and serviceability goals.
- Lead the design and engineering of stormwater, wastewater, and sanitation networks, including pipe systems, pumping stations, culverts, and CSOs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Water Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in drainage and wastewater infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the Middle East.
- Membership in professional bodies such as MCIWEM is preferred.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., InfoWorks, SewerGEMS), AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with international and regional codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience and Western education is preferred but not mandatory
