The role involves developing and maintaining maintenance planning schedules, collaborating with Maintenance Supervisors and Managers to plan work using work orders, Gantt charts, and historical data, and ensuring equipment is properly identified, stored, and documented in the AS400 system. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, strong computer abilities for document development, planning, and scheduling, and advanced experience in Microsoft Excel. An understanding of production processes and maintenance needs is required, and technical report writing or prior maintenance planner experience are considered a plus.
