This newly created role will sit at the heart of the NSW property team, leading transactions, managing key developer relationships, and working alongside some of the most respected property, supply chain, and project delivery experts in the market.
- Represent the business with credibility, energy, and commercial acumen.
- Lead and execute industrial property transactions — from site identification to negotiation and delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the broader strategic growth of the NSW property function.
- Collaborate closely with national project delivery, portfolio management, and supply chain specialists.
- Negotiate complex lease and sale structures including incentives and outgoings.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with developers, landlords, and occupiers across NSW.
