The Role

Overview

Admin support for construction sites, handling docs, safety, maintenance, and client liaison.

Tasks

-Provide fortnightly under-construction updates to investment channels -Prepare and maintain site safety management plans -Coordinate practical completion with supervisors and administration teams -Provide support to site supervisors across a range of requirements -Perform general administrative tasks to support project and site operations -Monitor the service email inbox for maintenance queries -Manage extensions of time and raise variations as required -Manage and implement QR codes for site documentation and tracking -Follow up on maintenance items and ensure timely resolution -Compile and distribute trade packs

What You Bring

-Candidates working for building suppliers and commercial contractors considered -Understand plans and construction documentation -Ability to liaise to the highest standard with key clients and brokers -Must have 1+ years of building/residential and or transferable construction administration experience -Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, and or Contracts Administrators considered
