Health And Safety Officer

Description

• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
• Support daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
• Promote a positive safety culture on-site and encourage safe working practices.
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and the client safety team.
• Assist with preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
• Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements

• Full driver’s licence and willingness to be on-site 5 days per week in South-Dublin.
• Ability to work independently and hold your own on a fast-paced site.
• Relevant safety qualification (e.g., SafePass, manual handling; additional safety certs a bonus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction safety role (civil or structural steel experience an advantage).
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with teams on-site.
