Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
Support daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
Promote a positive safety culture on-site and encourage safe working practices.
Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and the client safety team.
Assist with preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions when required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction safety role (civil or structural steel experience an advantage).
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with teams on-site.
