What you would be doing

Manage open order reports and other documents to ensure receipt of goods per requirements.
Assist with Accounts Payables invoice problem resolution.
Communicate with Engineering and Project Management to verify specifications to ensure vendor receives accurate information to fill order requests.
Issue Purchase Orders as required, document vendor acknowledgements including cost and delivery dates.
Coordinate and support Request for Quotations based on business needs and evaluate vendors based on changes in demand, market conditions and internal business needs.
Maintain and monitor vendor cost, quality, and delivery.
Review and process claims with vendors for unsatisfactory goods or services working with Quality Staff to resolve future issues.
