- Supervision et coordination des travaux de chantier;
- Support à l'équipe projet pour le suivi des coûts et la planification du projet;
- Informer le gérant de projet du rendement de ses équipes et des sous-traitants;
- Gérer toutes les activités relatives à l’exécution des travaux de construction;
- S’assurer de l’application et du respect des politiques de santé et sécurité au travail;
- Interpréter correctement les plans et devis et s’assurer du respect de l’échéancier;
- Compléter le rapport journalier des travaux et quantités.
- Support à l'équipe projet pour la gestion de tout changement et dérogation aux documents contractuels;
- Savoir gérer et encadrer la main-d’œuvre au chantier;
- Participer aux réunions de chantier;
