This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Woodridge, IL. The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive care, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and appearance of assigned properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, resolving equipment malfunctions, maintaining common areas, monitoring systems for efficient operation, and addressing service requests promptly to provide a well-maintained and comfortable residential experience.
