Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department.
Participate in and/or lead execution of transportation infrastructure projects including Function Planning, Preliminary Design, Detail Design and Construction Administration services.
Act as a manager for several projects.
Plan resources for projects and participate in annual human resources processes (recruitment, performance evaluations, resource development plans, training, etc.).
Support in implementing methods and procedures according to corporate standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA and/or APEGS and willing to become a member in other provinces when required.
Completed large-scale assignments with various Ministries of Transportation and/or Cities.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in managing large-scale Transportation infrastructure projects and at least 3 years in managing/coordinating technical teams.
Proactive and methodical, with the ability to manage priorities and take initiative.
