- Experience in fiberglass repair, marine coatings, industrial painting, or waterslide refinishing (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable using spray systems (HVLP, pneumatic, airless, airbrush), rollers, and brushes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Tile setting or concrete experience (a plus for Life Floor installation)
- Willingness to travel (projects range from several days to several weeks, with occasional month-long assignments)
