The Dispute Resolution Lead, based in Manassas, VA, will manage customer interactions, process check payments, and oversee the full lifecycle of toll disputes using our CRM and Power BI tools. The role involves validating transaction data, communicating status to customers, generating monthly dispute reports, and supporting the legal team with court documentation.
The position requires a high‑school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and multitasking skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual ability is a plus.
