Work with fixed facilities and GEV EHS to coordinate and support the annual FM Global audits and associated action plans
Work with regional EHS teams to facilitate and update their regulatory profiles and dashboards (e.g., Enhesa)
Suggest and implement best practice solutions for standardization across One Wind
Manage and deliver “train-the trainer” sessions in a variety of formats, for example; both classroom and virtual settings and with simultaneous translators, for audit roles within GEV EHS.
Provide support and coaching on ISO certification programs where applicable in Wind and help coordinate certification audits (e.g., ISO 14001)
Lead the EHS compliance and conformance assurance program globally, coordinating cross-functionally to drive consistent application and implementation across the business.
Develop and support delivery of GE Vernova Framework requirements to manage conformance to the EHS operating management requirements (e.g., coaching teams on delivering Framework risk assessments, identifying and training sub-element owners, developing gap assessment plans, etc.)
Develop EHS governance and assurance strategy and deployment across One Wind.
Proactively partner and develop positive working relationships with cross-functional personnel.
Support the key deliverables and KPIs for the business as it relates to health and safety strategy and effectiveness of the EHS training program.

Experience delivery EHS operating management system requirements and support key stakeholders in their associated roles and responsibilities
Experience working with regulatory compliance systems (e.g., Enhesa, Intelex, etc.)
Additional language skills
Able to coach and support key influencers to drive EHS compliance and the reduction of risk through team engagement and help develop an organizational culture that prioritizes EHS.
Strategic assurance program management across a global business structure (fixed and distributed)
Prior experience in Wind industry and/or energy industry fields
Certified Environmental or Health and Safety professional
Ability to influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal in a distributed global business structure
Field experience in a project / services environment, practical experience in risk management
Experience with ISO 14001 certification and auditing processes
Trained to Global Wind Organization (GWO) basic safety standard
EHS auditing knowledge and experience at a program and site-level
Familiarity with FM Global program structure and deliverables
Confidently able to facilitate and deliver training and or presentations to a diverse audience
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety or technical equivalent from an accredited college or university, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of EHS management systems
Experience working in or across different GE Vernova businesses
Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate and drive change and interact cross-functionally
High energy, self-starter
Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time
Knowledge of EHS core programs and requirements (regulatory and conformance)
10+ years’ experience with EHS training and strategy programs
Significant EHS governance and assurance experience in a projects/service or fixed facility environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Related EHS expertise outside of primary responsibility, for example, Occupational Safety or Sustainability
