  • Ensure data integrity and process alignment to support adoption.
  • Use analytics to track usage, identify gaps, and report progress to leadership.

  • Own and manage the release calendar for application deployments, coordinating across IT and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize strategies to drive engagement.
  • Map user journeys and identify friction points.
  • Create training materials, FAQs, and support resources tailored to different user groups.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure deployment success and post-go-live stability.
  • Develop communication plans to build awareness and excitement around new tools.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Gather user feedback and iterate on experience improvements.
  • Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead the rollout of off-the-shelf software applications using the vendor’s designed solution.
  • Plan and execute cutover activities for major deployments, including readiness assessments, deployment checklists, rollback strategies, and hypercare support.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in user behavior analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
  • Experience in enterprise application environments (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to Scientific Management principles to include time and motion studies.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and tools.
  • Leverage and account for agentic AI in the implementation, so every user benefits from having a digital assistant or digital sidekick in the performance of their job responsibilities.
  • Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries with regulated environments, supply chain, or shop floor adoption challenges.
  • Empathy-driven approach to user engagement and support.
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., SAP WalkMe).
