As a Building Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire steel building process, from initial contact to project completion. This role requires a consultative sales approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized design, engineering, and construction solutions. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience while maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.
Filter and coordinate communication across internal departments.

Degree in business, construction, or related field preferred (not required).
Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software experience preferred).
Use strong negotiation and presentation skills to exceed sales targets.
Ability to manage and close company-provided leads while generating new opportunities.
2+ years of sales experience (construction or steel buildings a plus).
