Tasks

-Plan and coordinate field and laboratory testing of construction materials -Mentor junior staff -Work on a variety of small to large materials projects -Review project specifications, and drawings to determine quality and testing requirements -Manage multiple projects -Preparation and review of technical reports -Provision of Quality Control and Quality Assurance services -Oversee QA/QC processes for concrete mix designs, construction, and field inspections.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of relevant CSA and ASTM Standards related to concrete would be an asset -Strong focus on Health and Safety. -Experience with advanced concrete materials and testing methods -Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. -Strong client management experience -Strong knowledge of concrete properties and behavior -Willingness to be a team player with a strong ability to work independently. -Ability to interact with a wide variety of clients from owners, and developers, to aggregate and ready mixed concrete producers -Demonstrate initiative and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
