We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Technical Service Manager for our VIB Product Group. In this role you will act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and optimization of our products. You will also provide onsite technical service, repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer support.
The position requires more than 50% regional travel to customer sites and facilities, with occasional international trips for global meetings or training when required.
