  • Control/Reduce Operating Cost. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, streamline processes and leverage resources in order to reduce cost.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to avoid conflicts, schedule crew work, arrange for necessary equipment and materials, and set work priorities.
  • Attract, develop and retain the very best talent
  • Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader
  • Establishes a course of action
  • Work order management: Filter and prioritize all maintenance requests, reject duplicate or unnecessary work, and return unclear requests to the sender for more detail.
  • Communication and collaboration: Serve as the primary communication channel between operations and maintenance, inform relevant parties about job status (including delays or rejections), and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure effective deployment of employee/labor relations practices
  • Partner with the customer in order to cultivate a customer-focused culture which:
