- You’ll have at least 8 years building services design experience in the UK and potentially much more experience.
- Potential to join at Principal, Associate or AD grade, with an M or E background.
- Competent and confident in taking the lead on projects and delivering these successfully, from RIBA stages 1-7.
- Ambitious, with the talent and motivation to get out there and deliver the business development plan and develop existing regional and national clients in and around Manchester.
Manchester. Salary up to £75,000.
- With high potential for growth and opportunity, including equity in the medium/ long term, as your would-be line manager recently achieved in another region.
