The position supports the compliance manager and property managers with a range of administrative responsibilities, including booking property visits, handling customer communications, and maintaining data in the internal CRM and Microsoft Office. Additional duties involve data entry into Excel, photocopying, scanning, filing, running errands, and taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
The Property Management Administrator role is based at London Bridge for Stirling Ackroyd, offering up to £28,000 per annum and a schedule of Monday to Thursday 8:45 am–6 pm and Friday 8:45 am–5 pm.
