Assist in data collection and reporting for Innovation projects
Provide team and engineer support (virtual and on-site) by troubleshooting and assisting with technology issues
Contribute to sustainability-focused projects while developing career paths such as Innovation Specialist or VR Lead.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for innovation projects
Maintain an innovation log to track ideas, issues, and improvements during projects
Work with cutting-edge tools like our MEG AI( for chats, calculations and reporting), VR/AR, carbon modeling, and data dashboards that are transforming design and construction.
Document processes and workflows to support knowledge sharing and consistency
Present research findings and project progress to the Innovation team
Assist with researching emerging technologies related to Innovation team objectives

Proficient with MS Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Completed at least 2 years towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent required
Working knowledge of data principles, tools, and frameworks
Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups
Prior internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred
Working knowledge of engineering principles
