- Perform daily property walks to maintain curb appeal.
- Remove trash and debris from common areas.
- Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and leaf clearance.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper use and storage of tools and vehicles.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests and communicate status to the Service Manager.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year groundskeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to speak and understand English; general computer knowledge.
- Proficiency with grounds tools and equipment.

- Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license required.
