Project Architect

Description

• Direct and coordinate the production of construction documents.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients and represent the firm professionally.
• Develop schematic designs and design development documents.
• Oversee construction administration, including site visits and RFIs.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants throughout all project phases.
• Lead project coordination meetings and ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Support marketing initiatives, including client presentations and proposals.

Requirements

• Architectural licensure (or actively pursuing licensure).
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Onsite Requirement: First 6 months onsite; remote flexibility available afterward.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Teams.
• Experience with S e n i o r Care or Multi-Family projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, specifications, and building systems.
