  • Oversee equipment maintenance and vendor relations to maximize uptime

  • Source materials for various applications, focusing on sustainability and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure high-quality results while meeting deadlines
  • Evaluate and coordinate project outsourcing based on scope, turnaround, and cost
  • Supervise installation processes through the Installation Supervisor
  • Manage production schedules, shifts, and overtime
  • Lead and develop the Signs & Graphics team, mentoring supervisors and ensuring accountability through clear expectations and regular reviews
  • Maintain working knowledge of in-house equipment and assist with production as needed
  • Collaborate closely with regional production hubs to share best practices, balance workloads, and support inter-hub resource planning and production efficiency
  • Monitor department profitability, costs, waste, and rework
