Reliability Manager

Description

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Lead and mentor maintenance and reliability personnel to build technical capability across the team.
• Support capital projects by providing reliability insights and engineering expertise.
• Champion asset management excellence, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
• Utilise CMMS tools to track asset performance, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive data-driven improvements.
• Develop predictive and preventative maintenance programs using reliability-centred approaches.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to enhance equipment performance and support production goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Strong capability with CMMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing reliability improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
