Collaborate with CEMC to support mould development and innovative engineering solutions.
Serve as the engineering lead in solution planning and strategy, including chairing technical meetings and driving design assurance.
Provide hands-on support to site teams, ensuring smooth execution and resolving engineering challenges on the ground.
Lead the Lessons Learned process and manage the Asite portal to capture and share project insights.
Actively mentor junior engineering staff, fostering their technical development and career progression.
Champion Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), promoting imaginative and efficient approaches to bridge building.
Build strong relationships to support collaborative and solution-focused project environments.
Represent the engineering team confidently in client and consultant-facing interactions.
Ensure compliance with relevant design codes, standards, and project requirements.
Provide engineering support from early client engagement and ECI/work-winning stages through to construction, handover, and post-project reviews.
