Tasks

-Collaborate with CEMC to support mould development and innovative engineering solutions. -Serve as the engineering lead in solution planning and strategy, including chairing technical meetings and driving design assurance. -Provide hands-on support to site teams, ensuring smooth execution and resolving engineering challenges on the ground. -Lead the Lessons Learned process and manage the Asite portal to capture and share project insights. -Actively mentor junior engineering staff, fostering their technical development and career progression. -Champion Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), promoting imaginative and efficient approaches to bridge building. -Build strong relationships to support collaborative and solution-focused project environments. -Represent the engineering team confidently in client and consultant-facing interactions. -Ensure compliance with relevant design codes, standards, and project requirements. -Provide engineering support from early client engagement and ECI/work-winning stages through to construction, handover, and post-project reviews.
