Build dynamic and personalised content using AMPscript, HTML/CSS and SQL.
Create documentation and technical process guides for any development.
Support and enhance integrations between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
Creation and management of automations, data extensions and segmentation logic.
Design, develop and optimise customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Web Studio.
Monitor and report on Marketing and Operational performance and provide improvement recommendations.

Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and Marketing Cloud best practices.
Experience working with Salesforce objects and Marketing Cloud Connect.
Proven experience of using Salesforce integration tools, specifically MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud Connect.
Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS and JavaScript (preferred).
Be customer centric to ensure the business and project teams have an excellent user experience.
Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio).
Excellent communication skills.
A proven track record as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with at least 4 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, along with a Marketing Cloud Developer certification.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong experience writing SQL queries for segmentation, reporting and automation.
Experience in writing SOQL queries in Salesforce.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
4 years’+ experience as a Marketing Cloud Developer.
