You will work closely with internal departments and an external supply chain of roughly 150 contractors, suppliers and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout each project.
We are looking for a self‑motivated, outgoing, organised and proactive Property Development Co‑ordinator to join our Property Development team, which manages a portfolio of 600 properties. The role sits alongside project managers, designers and space planners and plays a key part in delivering our ambitious development and refurbishment programme across the network of branches.
The ideal candidate has strong organisational and communication skills, can multitask and work independently, and is comfortable liaising with consultants, suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a full driving licence are required, while previous property experience is a plus.
