The Inside Sales Representative supports service performance outreach, generates leads for the service sales team, sells additional services, and cultivates long‑term customer relationships while aligning with branch and company sales objectives. This role requires collaborating with service sales representatives, branch personnel, and various internal teams to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to Service Excellence programs.
Key duties include developing target customers from existing service contracts, conducting proactive sales calls, identifying upsell opportunities, scrubbing customer data for growth prospects, processing sales paperwork, and maintaining accurate entries in operating and CRM systems. The representative also provides administrative coordination, attends meetings, delivers status updates, and drives continuous‑improvement initiatives to standardize and streamline sales activities.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and have experience initiating customer contacts with follow‑up to ensure high service standards. Required skills include advanced oral and written communication, solid decision‑making, effective time management, multitasking, negotiation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Physical requirements include the ability to use phones, email, and computer equipment for extended periods, with manual dexterity for typing and mouse use.
