Monitor incoming high-priority service orders and coordinate scheduling
Schedule and dispatch service orders to workforce resources
Coordinate timing and access to assets in line with facility security policies
Ensure compliance with Ventia’s SHEQ management systems and promote a positive safety culture
Provide regular schedule reviews, updates, and reports to stakeholders
Maintain accurate scheduling data and resource information
Support Site Operations teams in managing work schedule changes
Chair schedule review meetings and provide scheduling SME advice

Knowledge of scheduling processes within construction projects or asset maintenance
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Certifications such as PMP or CAPM (advantageous)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police
