Description

• Generate HR analytics reports and provide insights to management
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding with attention to compliance and culture fit.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary actions professionally.
• Support leadership in fostering accountability, motivation, and retention.
• Organize and track employee training, workshops, and motivational sessions.
• Implement HR policies and performance evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee recognition, and growth plans.
• Build and maintain a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.
• Develop team development plans and track performance improvement.
• Conduct resume screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.
• Oversee attendance, payroll processing, and HR documentation.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate training records and evaluate effectiveness.
• Lead engagement programs, events, and initiatives that promote collaboration.

Requirements

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic HR Manager, someone who isn’t afraid of deadlines, takes ownership, and masters the art of finding the right people from diverse sources. You’ll be the driving force behind recruitment, employee development, and workplace culture, ensuring every team member feels valued, engaged, and aligned with company goals.

• 3–5 years UAE experience as an HR Officer / HR Generalist with proven results.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, deadline-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Master the art of identifying and hiring the right talent quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law, payroll, and HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
