Electrical or Mechanical Store Person

Overview

Manage inventory, receiving, dispatch and admin for electrical/mechanical supplies.

Tasks

-Store or distribute goods to sites as required. -Perform relevant ad-hoc cleaning duties. -Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required. -Liaise with colleagues and suppliers on issues of product quantity or quality and take measures to reduce the level of redundant stock. -Open store before site staff arrive each day. -Take in and check all deliveries in line with /bi weekly/monthly orders and reconcile. -Check quantities and inspect items. Arrange drop off points for goods on site. -Load out the sites as required. -Ensure that all relevant personnel are notified of delivers and location of stores -Confirm goods received are stored in accordance with company standards and highlight and note any variances.
