• Build trusted relationships at the C-suite and investment committee level.
• Work alongside a team of ex-top-tier consultants and industry specialists.
• Lead high-profile advisory projects shaping the future of energy and the clean transition.
• Manage project teams, ensuring consulting-quality outputs and actionable recommendations.
• Advise investors and corporates on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, market entry, and portfolio value creation.
• Play an active role in business development, from origination through to proposals and pitches.
• Lead end-to-end engagements: from scoping and structuring through to delivery and client sign-off.

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager/Director with a management consulting background to join their growing Investment Advisory practice.

• Proven track record of investment advisory work across energy, utilities, or cleantech.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to frame compelling investment cases.
• Prior UK market experience is essential.
• Significant experience with a strategy or advisory firm.
• Exceptional leadership, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to run projects end-to-end, including team leadership and senior client management.
