- Executing daily production plans for your assigned area, providing support and adaptability as needed.
- Fostering an environment focused on maximising performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned areas in support of the Department Team Leader.
- Ensuring full loading of direct operators to maximise production output and meet daily targets.
- Managing absence control, Health & Safety (H&S), and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Solid understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles and Continuous Improvement processes.
- A good standard of education; literate and numerate, capable of writing and formulating reports.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Forth Shift (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry is preferred.
- Overtime: Opportunity for overtime paid at 1.5x and 2.0x rates.
- Salary: Competitive salary of £31,789 + Shift Allowance of £2,496 per annum
- Bonus: Quarterly bonus payments of £125.
