Gardener and Maintenance Person

Description

• Support the Brick Cutter role when required
• General maintenance of offices and buildings: painting, basic repairs, and cleanliness
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in line with WHS policies
• Assist with maintaining the Sales Centre yard when required
• Maintain parks & gardens: mowing, planting, watering, pruning, and general housekeeping
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Knowledge of office maintenance, including the ability to handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proven experience in gardening and landscaping, with a strong understanding of horticulture and landscaping practices
• A Forklift Licence is preferred
• Proven commitment to safety in line with WHS policies
• Strong ability to work unsupervised and meet targets
