- Collaborate with safety, project managers, and field teams to embed industrial hygiene best practices into operations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and relevant state/local regulations.
- Provide technical expertise during planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
- Champion the organization's IIF (Incident and Injury Free) culture and drive integration of human performance principles to reduce exposure risks
- Maintain accurate record of sampling, analysis, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting.
- Design and deliver training on hazard recognition, mitigation strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and lead industrial hygiene and environmental health programs tailored to construction operations.
- Develop and implement policies for exposure control, respiratory protection, and environmental health.
- Lead investigations into occupational exposure incidents or environmental releases.
- Oversee soil contamination assessments and coordinate environmental remediation efforts.
- Conduct exposure monitoring and hazard assessments for noise, dust, silica, chemicals, heavy metals, and other jobsite risks.

- Willingness to travel to project sites for support and oversight.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial hygiene experience (construction industry strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926/1910, EPA standards, and applicable state/local regulations.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) - Required
- Experience conducting air sampling, noise monitoring, exposure assessments, and managing soil contamination issues.
